Yup, I did it. I was one of the freaks dressed up for the Harry Potter premiere. I'm not gonna lie, it was hella fun and everyone loved it. I of course worked a little J Crew into my look. Can you find it?

Halloween tomorrow?

I never thought I'd be one of those freaks dressing up for the Harry Potter premiere. I really wasn't into it, until tonight. Some friends are I were watching the most recent movie and it hit me-I could TOTALLY pull of Bellatrix! I mean I do have her hair....
Tomorrow will be spent pulling together the look, I don't know if I'll be as dirty/sloppy as she is, but it's going to be fabulous. Pictures to follow of course!

well I'm mostly moved into my new place. I'm loving my new fancy walk in closet. Not loving the proximity to neighbors, I don't feel comfortable enough to practice. I'm really itching to work on "try me good king" I was in a good groove and its such a fabulous piece. I'll be happy when I can finally hear it with piano, I'm sure it will present new challenges.
I couldn't sleep last night, at all. I'm not saying I tossed and turned all night, I'm saying I was so wide awake I didn't bother trying.

Moving is the worst

Moving really blows. Let me just say that. I'm moving the day after tomorrow. Most of my clothes are packed, most of the kitchen is packed. But it's the random stuff that doesn't really have a place? I can't pack all my music books in a box because then it's too heavy to carry.
I am however very very excited for my new place, really just the walk-in closet!!!!! I'm just itching to get to Lowes to buy fun things to make my closet.... fabulous? I mean it's not huge by any means, but it's an upgrade.
Anyway, here's a peek at the packing.

So I took a little hiatus from the blogging. But I have returned!
I addition to blogging about my daily outfits, I'll be throwing some music tidbits in. I am pursuing two degrees currently; music education and voice performance. Needless to say music is a huge part of my life.

It's been a bit!

So it's been a little bit. I've since moved in with a friend, and I'm enjoying my new space. The closet isn't a walk in like my old one which is a serious bummer, but honestly I don't wear half my wardrobe  on a regular basis anyway. I've utilized the space in my dresser more for things I don't wear often. Ashley also gave me the closet in the office for my coats and dresses and winter shoes. Pretty redick right? Anyway I'm pretty much just wearing J Crew these days and loving it of course. I've been trying to cut down on the spending, I need to try harder:

So working at J Crew I'm around some crazy ass "trends." I'm not quite sure how I feel about all of it. J Crew is basically to...throw on a bunch of random shit and call it fashion? I do enjoy the jewelry however. I get an insane discount, which I intend to use to the best of my ability.

I am currently on the fence about these shoes, I'm not a huge fan of heels at work. They hurt. I like to be comfy when I'm working. Living in Florida...lets just say heels aren't really an everyday thing. I feel like people will look at me funny if I walk into class in shinny heels.
The skirt is on its way and should be here later today!!!!!

The beginning

So I've decided to start a blog about all of the fantastic fashony things that I need to have, or have gotten a fab deal on. Not quite sure if anyone will read this, but thats ok :)
Today I grabbed this FAB coach purse from my favorite thrifty store. Not completely sure what style it is, but I know its legit. Its got loads of pockets, and its a great color.
